A Small Place in Yorkshire

 New life. Day by day it gets stronger and flourishes more. Can we apply this to ourselves? Can we learn to evolve, become stronger and therewith flourish? Mother nature does, so why can't we?

 A variety of colours; gold, brown, green, blue, red. A multitude of colours and more than you can count. Beautiful light showing you the way. Follow and you will find peace.

 Just as night is drawing in you feel alive and refreshed. The stillness of your surroundings keeping you safe and free. The light diminishing but still showing you the way. A beauty that forever lives in your heart and is remembered for eternity.

 Right in the middle of the city. Surrounding this park are busy roads, restaurants, shops, lots of noise and people, but when you enter the park that all disappears and you find yourself in a calm, green space with the noise of nature in the background. Bliss!!

 I love images like this. How many people have trodden up and down those steps? People from all walks of life visiting the museum to see culture from the local area and further afield. Those steps and that building have seen years and years of life.

 One of my favourite scenes from Whitby.  Beautiful Outlook and gives you a sense of you can dare to dream. 

 I absolutely adore Pannett Park in Whitby. It is such a beautiful place; so relaxing with so much to see and appreciate. A special place for me and I can easily spend a few hours in there and loving every minute of it.

 You can't beat a walk with greenery!! The smells,  colours and sounds always brings peace and tranquility. 

 Love the fact that it feels as though you can stand behind this tree and hide away from everyone else. No one can find you!!! Beautiful greens as well. Nature getting along with each other.

 A friendly squirrel in the park at Whitby.  They are so tame and will take food from your hands. They show no fear and come straight up to you and walk alongside you.

 Lots of new trees growing together. We always try and grow trees each year and this year we have a bumper crop of sycamore trees. Very special. 

 Pannett Park at Whitby. One of my favourite places ever. Whenever I am in Whitby I always make sure I spend time in this park. Peaceful and so much to see and sense every time you visit. Beautiful.

 Whitby seafront taken on an overcast day. Still beautiful and special. I never get tired of walking this route. It brings back special memories and there is always something different to see every time I make that journey.

 Local parks are so important and a chance for those who live in cities to enjoy nature. My local park is beautiful in all seasons. 

 The cherries have come out on the cherry tree!! Looking marvellous and cannot wait to have a taste!! 

 Grown over the last couple of years this new tree is starting to really show its beautiful colours and has such strength. 

 Whitby. The contrast of a bygone era combined with the present. A fascinating piece of architecture that always evokes visions of holidays at the seaside in days gone by along with the anticipation of future events.

 Brightens my day to see colour like this while out and about. 

 Taken during a morning walk in a local park in Sheffield. The sounds of the birds and smell of flowers, trees and grass certainly helps to wake me up in a morning.
