Fitbit
Well I have gone and bought a Fitbit. Not one of the expensive ones, but a nice slim one.
I got it as I thought it may help with my mental health and help me to focus on something positive.
I have only been using it a short while, but I do think it is great! I have tracked my sleep (which was apparently better than I thought!), calories, steps, distance etc.
There are various features on it that I like, especially the heart rate.
I think this will be a positive thing for me and my partner has said the same.
I will have to keep you updated on how I get on!!
